Title IX Compliance

Title IX and its implementing regulations prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex in the education programs and activities of recipients of federal  funds. This includes discrimination based on a student’s gender identity, including transgender  status. The resources below will help you ensure you are in compliance with Title IX and creating an inclusive environment for all students.
