November 27 is #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday, Small Business Saturday. and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many of us focus on our holiday and end-of-year giving.
Last year, more than 2,500,000 people donated over $300,000,000 to support their communities. It’s easy and it will make you feel fantastic! On Tuesday, November 27, just go to the website of the organization you want to donate to and make your contribution. Then be sure to share the warmth of #GivingTuesday with your friends and family through social media or email.
