After more than 20 years in the industry as a recognized expert in the individual and small group benefits market, Sam Cole, joining Keenan in 2013, has established Keenan’s Individual and Small Group Direct Sales division, which provides clients access to ACA Health plans and Covered California. Sam has expanded that division through new relationships with Keenan and non-Keenan clients like Cedars Sinai, Sutter Health Plans, White Memorial Hospital and more. Sam has achieved Top 20 Broker status with the state exchange and several carriers.

Sam, a dedicated leader with decades of experience, empowers his team and cultivates a culture of innovation. This approach ensures both efficiency and success in this rapidly evolving field.
