With over 20 years of experience in working with California public agencies, Jeffrey Mizokawa, has a long history of success in this industry. Jeffrey created and led our Everyday Kindness initiative and partnered with ACSA and CASBO to implement the program in over 150+ communities across the California. Jeffrey currently works with public agencies across the state as a strategic employee benefits consultant to design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs on both a self-funded and fully insured basis. Additionally, due to his history as a financial adviser, Jeffrey also works with our Keenan Financial Services team to build and integrate financial solutions such as early retirement incentives and irrevocable trusts into his clients’ programs.
