Ju Anderson

Ju Anderson, Senior Vice President, is Keenan’s Employee Benefits Practice Leader. She is recognized throughout the industry as a leader, having partnered with clients to provide innovative, cost-saving solutions for complex benefits programs. Ju’s expertise includes building strategic partnerships with carriers and vendors that address unique and newly emerging employee benefits needs. As Keenan’s Employee Benefits Practice leader, Ju leads a team to deliver effective strategies and solutions to address and mitigate continued costs for clients and strategy and tools for employee retention, vendor management, data analytics, HR support, compliance, and benefit administration offerings.

Before joining Keenan, Ju held finance positions at Trust Company of the West and Deutsche Bank in asset management. She has devoted most of her career to consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources, with previous positions at Deloitte Consulting, Time Warner, Inc., and Gallagher.

Ju holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wellesley College in Massachusetts.
