Kathryn Penilla Recognized for Handling Urgent Requests

The Keenan reception desk receives hundreds of phone calls each day, and Keenan receptionist Kathryn Penilla aptly demonstrates her experience in handling each one appropriately. When an urgent request came in from a medical provider, the claims examiner for the case was addressing another injured worker and was unavailable. Kathryn recognized the importance of promptly assisting the provider and stayed with the call until she could connect them with an examiner who could respond to the request. The provider was so impressed, he declared Kathryn “better than any other receptionist in the industry!”
