David Canales Provides Excellent Service to a Parent in Need

Many of us have experienced the difficulty in scheduling timely medical appointments. AP Keenan Sr. Service Representative David Canales received a call from a concerned parent who was unable to get a quick consultation through his employer health plan for their injured child. David discussed options with the parent, and because the child was in a lot of pain, he kept thinking about what more could be done to help. David attended a meeting the next morning with a representative of the health plan who was able to escalate the situation to have the child evaluated and treated promptly. The client, their employee and the child was very appreciative of David's assistance in breaking through the holdup!
