We are excited to share the news that Keenan has once again been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) as one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles, and has also been honored for its corporate citizenship.

The LABJ’s 10th Annual Best Places to Work in Los Angeles Awards recognizes top local employers based on attributes such as leadership, corporate culture and communications. This is the fourth year that Keenan has made this prestigious list.

The LABJ determined the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles based on a detailed two-part assessment process. In the first part, employers provide information about their company’s policies, practices, benefits and demographics. The second part is an employee survey covering leadership and planning, corporate culture, work environment, training and development, total compensation, and overall engagement. The data is analyzed to create the list based on the strengths and opportunities at each participating company.

Keenan was also a finalist at the LABJ’s Nonprofit & Corporate Citizenship Awards, which are designed to recognize nonprofit organizations making a positive impact on the community as well as the corporations supporting them.

This past year, Keenan organized VTO days at the L.A. Food Bank, Los Angeles Team Mentoring Leadership Camp, Children’s Institute and the Saban Community Clinic, among others. Keenan also coordinated a special project in conjunction with Ball Junior High School in Anaheim for their Servathon on Martin Luther King Day. And the company recently launched a mentoring program, Right Start, where employees can take two hours per week to mentor middle school youth.

We are very proud of our incredible group of associates here at Keenan and we are extremely gratified that they see Keenan as a positive, motivating and supportive place to work as professionals. They not only bring their energy and creativity to work every day, but they also bring their dedication to improving our communities through their volunteer activities.
