The 2014 Keenan Summit is just a month away, and we are excited about the outstanding line up of presenters you will be hearing from there. We listen closely to our customers as we plan the Summit each year to cover the topics that are most important to you. Alex Rabrenovich from LACERS shared his thoughts on the value of the Keenan Summit for him:

I am looking forward to the upcoming Keenan Annual Summit. Last year’s Summit was our first and we were impressed by its size and how smoothly the event ran. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the panel of health insurance executives discuss the future of the healthcare environment, especially in light of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Dr. Hunnicutt’s presentation on the compression of morbidity. Also, I gained some new insight on health benefit administration through discussions at the vendor tables.

At this year’s Summit, I am most looking forward to learning more about the ACA. I can never get enough of that! And, of course, it’s always a pleasure to spend time with our Keenan team (the K-team!). Keep up the great work!!!!

The upcoming Summit promises to cover the many aspects of the ACA, not only about how the state and federal implementation is going and health plans working with employer groups, but also how the ACA will affect workers’ compensation as well. If you want the most up to date information on Health Care Reform, you need to attend the Keenan Summit.

There’s still time to register but seats are filling up quickly. Please join us there and we look forward to hearing from you about the issues you find important.
