November 15th is an important deadline for employers and employees. Employers with self-funded health plans must submit enrollment counts to the Department of Health and Human Services as a part of paying their Transitional Reinsurance Program (TRP) fee for 2014. Employees who are not covered under their employer’s health plan will be able to begin purchasing health coverage for 2015 through California’s health insurance marketplace (Covered California).
